This 223,581 square-foot renovation project transformed two adjacent buildings into an innovative, integrated, vibrant and modern new international corporate headquarters on Wright Medical's existing urban business campus. Designed and constructed in approximately seven months, the project also included the addition of a materials and testing laboratory in an existing office building. The addition of the testing laboratory required several of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout the building to be updated.

Unique lighting fixtures were utilized in the three-story spaces. New high-lumen LED fixtures with lighting controls and motion sensors were installed throughout to replace the original inefficient fixtures. Existing coffered spaces were renovated to include light-reflective, as well as acoustic-improving sound-absorptive materials. The building's HVAC system was demolished and retrofitted with energy efficient components during construction.
