Land surveying:

• final route locations
• legal documents for procuring rights of way
• collection of utility and design survey data

When completed, these projects will collectively involve 92+ miles of route surveying for two new transmission lines traversing various terrains and political boundaries, and impacting hundreds of private properties. This necessitates survey methods and solutions that are sensitive to the concerns of landowners but also meet the demanding design schedules for these important improvements. Weather, access problems, political and social issues, and the varied terrain combine to provide interesting challenges.
