On Tuesday, April 9th, Nike officially broke ground for a 1.7 million square foot facility expansion to their existing 1.1 million square foot facility in North Memphis. Pickering is the architect and engineer of record for the new facility, which includes the expansion of the distribution center and a new 120,000 SF Class A office building. In the recent past, Pickering has provided seismic studies and structural upgrades for Nike’s various facilities in Memphis.
