Gateway Global Logistics Center is a 1500 acre industrial site located in both Marshall County, Mississippi and Fayette County, Tennessee, located adjacent to the new Norfolk Southern intermodal terminal. Panattoni Development Company and WCA Land and Development have partnered in this joint venture. The Volvo Group announced today that they will be the first tenant of the park by building a 1 million SF distribution center there. Pickering is providing design services for Panattoni Development Company and Alston Construction (formerly Panattoni Construction) for the park and distribution center including site design, master grading for the entire park, architectural design including elevations, warehouse layout, office layout, and structural engineering.Click here to read more.
